The OF560 is a highly-efficient logistics solution and is much lighter and stronger than its rivals. Ideally suited to liquid egg, diary, cosmetic, beverage and bioscience sectors and a very useful alternative for manufacturers producing smaller, more frequent batches.

A lot of cosmetics companies currently produce batches that are not evenly divisible by 1000L IBC. Therefore the use of 500L IBC to hold smaller batch runs is more efficient that using a 1000L IBC；

Non-sequential Folding
Our patented new hinge enables the non-sequential folding and ease of repair; the long side panels have an anti-collapsing function that holds the panel securely in place.

Atmospheric conditioning Test. Keep for 72 hours at the extreme temperatures of -20°C and 50°C.

Compression test. Pressurize at 15 tons and hold for 1 hour and then release.
Incline impact test
Incline impact test. Impact the four side panels of the product respectively at a final velocity of 1.1m/s.
Random vibration test
Random vibration test. Under road transportation mode in a conventional shock absorber truck, set Grms=0.54 and perform 4-hour random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
Rotational edge drop test
Rotational edge drop test. Drop height 200mm full loaded. lift the opposite edge by 90-100mm, and test 2 short edges. (the side with and without the door) and 1 long edge at the bottom of the IBC IF1040.
